- 01Earrings cannot be returned if tamper-proof packaging is opened (Hygiene).
- 02Engraved or personalized pieces made to specification are non-returnable.
- 03Items must include the original Certificate of Authenticity.
The Timeline
Standard Returns Policy
If you change your mind about a VIPULI purchase made via our website or concierge service, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection at our Nairobi Distribution Centre, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price.
Note: Outbound delivery costs are refunded at the standard rate. You are responsible for the costs of returning the item to us securely.
Faulty Items & Statutory Rights

Right to a full refund for items not of satisfactory quality or as described.
6 Months Promise
Entitled to a repair or replacement. If a resolution isn't possible, a refund will be issued.
Our promise to replace or refund does not apply to damage caused by accident, neglect, or misuse while in your possession. For purchases made using 3rd party tender (Insurance Cards), please allow additional time for processing.
All personal data must be cleared from smart-enabled luxury items before a return can be initiated.
